I was born in Colorado and spent many years traveling the world with my family, including time living in Southeast Asia. As a mother of four and now an empty nester, I bring a deep appreciation for life, connection, and healing into my work.

I graduated from Sacred Roots Massage School of Montana and continues to expand my practice through ongoing education in massage therapy and energy healing. As an intuitive massage therapist, I integrate both technical skill and mindful awareness to support each client’s individual healing process.

My professional training includes Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping,hot stone massage and myofascial release. I am also certified in Reiki Levels I and II, allowing me to incorporate gentle energy work into my sessions when appropriate.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy poetry, music, outdoor concerts, nature, animals, and spontaneous adventures. I spend my free time making candles, gardening, hiking, running, traveling, spending time with family and friends.

Tom is a graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, class of 1994. He worked in Chicago as a professional MT for over 20 years. He worked with Aids Alternative Health Project, Chicago Marathon, Harpo Studios (Home of the Oprah Winfrey Show), Health Spas and Chiropractors. Tom’s speciality is deep tissue relaxation with extensive training in Reiki, Myofascial Deep Tissue, La Stone Therapy and Sports Massage. Tom was a professional dancer in Chicago and NYC for 11 years, has a BA in Theology from Creighton University, graduated from the French Pastry School in Chicago and currently works full time as a Licensed Practical Nurse here in Bozeman.
