Kelsey was drawn to massage therapy after experiencing its transformative impact in her own life. After finding meaningful relief from chronic pain through massage, she became passionate about helping others experience that same sense of relief and connection.

She graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School in Salt Lake City, where she studied Swedish, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue and Reflexology. Kelsey enjoys blending therapeutic and relaxation techniques to create a customized massage experience that is both productive and deeply restorative.

Kelsey is excited to continue learning and growing her massage practice while helping clients slow down, release tension & feel more at home in their bodies.

Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys hiking with her dog, getting lost in a good book & participating in the local arts community.

He worked with Aids Alternative Health Project, Chicago Marathon, Harpo Studios (Home of the Oprah Winfrey Show), Health Spas and Chiropractors. Tom’s speciality is deep tissue relaxation with extensive training in Reiki, Myofascial Deep Tissue, La Stone Therapy and Sports Massage.
