Combining the relaxing strokes of Swedish massage helps the muscles, body and mind to relax which then allows the deeper strokes and NMT work to be even more effective.

My journey as an energy work practitioner began during my childhood when I had the privilege of getting to know our local Reiki master. She introduced me to the fascinating world of naturalizing and manipulating energy to help others heal. This introduction ignited a lasting interest in this field as I continued to grow.

Later on, I had the fortune of meeting Dan Nelson, the creator of Solid State Technology. Dan introduced me to the concept of muscle testing and how, by utilizing the principles of Reiki and the scalar energies of the solid state, we can balance energies and facilitate healing with less resistance from the body. With Dan’s guidance, I began using Solid State Technology, gradually gaining familiarity and confidence in its application.

Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work in an office with a Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) practitioner. This experience provided me with further insight into muscle testing and the synergy of Solid State Technology with other modalities. It was during this time that I identified a gap in my work and that of the NRT practitioners. This realization prompted me to delve into the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code modalities.

Coinciding with this period, I experienced a significant health setback. Through the combined efforts of fellow practitioners and my own work, I was able to heal myself, gaining invaluable lessons along the way about empowering individuals to heal themselves.

Every person I meet and every lesson learned contributes to my ongoing journey and understanding of facilitating healing through energy work. I hope to continue learning and help as many people experience breakthroughs to the physical, emotional, and spiritual blocks that are holding them back from being able to experience this life fully.

Hi, I’m Courteney! I specialize in deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, and craniosacral. I believe in the use of therapeutic touch and movement to help individuals feel better in their bodies. I’m passionate about practicing and teaching about the body from a systems perspective, understanding that true health and well-being are multifaceted and complex, requiring individual motivation and participation to maintain equilibrium, be pain-free, and feel optimal.

I grew up in Colorado around horses, where I unofficially began my journey in bodywork and practiced equine massage therapy for numerous years. Through running, climbing, and cycling I developed a passion for learning about the body and pursued personal training with an emphasis on corrective exercise and nutrition coaching. I attended the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2022. Upon graduating, I started my own practice in Colorado utilizing massage and movement therapies to focus on sports-related injury prevention and treatment. Shortly thereafter, I moved to Montana to pursue pre-med school and am currently enrolled in a doctoral program for naturopathic medicine.
